Derek Morton
Finance and Operations Director
Derek’s career with NetVector began in 2000, having joined former work colleague Nigel. The two met previously at PPP Healthcare where Derek was a server support and project specialist. Derek’s other former employment has been within the insurance and banking sectors.
Since 2000 Derek has provided IT support to SMEs and more latterly assumed control of the finance and operations departments within the business

Nigel Holmes
Company Development Director
Nigel is the Founding Director, who first worked for what was to become NetVector from Christmas 1994.
Nigel has a degree in IT from Leicester Polytechnic and has worked in the industry since graduating in 1990. He has worked for Corporate and smaller organisations and has been with NetVector since its inception. He has carried out most roles in the Company over the years. These days he is less involved in the technical side but looks after customers old and new.

Michael Mann
Service Delivery Manager
Mike Joined Netvector in 2007 as a Helpdesk Analyst. Since then, he has gained a wealth of experience in different roles and is now our Service Delivery Manager. Mike’s priorities are customer satisfaction and ensuring his team is resourced and developed effectively. He is responsible for the delivery of a full suite of IT services to our customers from regular site visits to technical helpdesk support.
Outside of work Michael will often be found in the gym working on his fitness.

Shabir Carrim
Senior Projects Engineer
We welcomed Shabir back to NetVector in February 2017 after a short spell away, with over 14 years’ experience in the IT industry, Shabir has provided support, maintenance, installations and consultancy for a wide rage of industries such as insurance, media, hospitality and retail.
He has a keen interest in VMWare with a VCP certification in Data Centre Virtualisation along with a BSC (Hons) in Computing and Business IT.

Steve Jenner
Project Delivery Manager
Steve joined NetVector as Project Delivery Manager in 2019. Steve has many years IT experience and is a technical expert in Windows, 3CX and virtulisation amongst others. Steve, and his team, manage and deliver our customer projects. He is also responsible for implementing new processes and maintaining our private hosted cloud services.

Russell Porter
Technical Analyst
Russell joined NetVector in August 2013. As one of the longest serving members of the Helpdesk team, he provides experience and knowledge to our customers, whilst supporting them both on the phone and on-site visits. His areas of expertise range from installations and migrations of all computer / server hardware, Microsoft MCSE, MCP on Desktop and server systems and Sonicwall CSSA.
Away from work, Russell is a Scout Leader and spends time with his family.

Annette Everard
HR Business Partner
Annette joined Netvector in October 2016 as a Business Administrator. Since achieving her CIPD qualification, Annette has recently become our HR Business Partner. She has over 20 years’ experience in administration and staff management and has previously specialised in HR and Pensions.
Annette has a BA Hons Degree in History and, outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at local school events, baking, reading and travel.

Nathan Waters
Technical Analyst
Nathan joined the Helpdesk team in June 2018 with a background in customer service and IT retail. With his product knowledge and approachable manner, he has quickly become an integral member of the Helpdesk Team. He supports customers on the phone and through on-site visits and has recently been promoted to Technical Analyst.
In his spare time Nathan enjoys gaming.

James Daniel
Project Engineer
James joined NetVector in 2018. With a BSC Hons Degree in Computer Systems and Networks and a range of experience in IT support, James brings a wealth of technical knowhow and expertise to the team. He has great customer service skills and is always happy to assist on the phone or out on client sites.
In his free time James enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Jemma Leslie
Accounts & Finance Manager
Jemma has recently joined NetVector to manage the Accounts Department. She has over 20 years of experience in different finance roles, team leadership and process improvement. She has already shown herself to be an asset to the Company in the short time she has been with us.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, paddle boarding and playing netball.

Kylie Ramage
Accounts & Sales Administrator
Kylie joined the Accounts team in February 2022. Originally from South Africa, she moved to the UK in 2018 and is enjoying living in Britain despite the weather! With a strong background in administration and customer service she is quickly picking up the role and will be supporting Jemma going forwards.
In her spare time Kylie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking healthy food and keeping fit.

Neil Allen
Helpdesk Analyst
Neil joined NetVector in January 2022. He has a range of experience from audio visual installations to project management and cyber security. With his friendly and helpful demeanour and strong customer service skills he is always keen to assist and is quickly becoming an asset to the team.
He loves being outside and in his free time can be found walking his dog, fishing or supporting Crystal Palace FC.

Richard Byfield
Helpdesk Analyst
Richard joined the helpdesk in April 2022 with a strong customer service background and a keen interest in IT. He is effectively applying his knowledge to quickly learn about our clients, systems and processes. Richard loves learning about new technology and enjoys supporting friends, family and colleagues to resolve IT issues.
Richard likes to keep healthy and outside of work he enjoys hiking, cooking, gaming and going to the cinema.

Kris Ruffell
IT Sales and Account Manager
Kris joined Netvector in May 2022, as an IT Sales and Account Manager. He is primarily responsible for supporting existing and new client relationships and improving the customer experience.
Kris has focused on building professional relationships throughout his career, starting out as a Sales Assistant through project work and into Account Management.
When he’s not assisting clients, Kris enjoys taking weekend walks with his family in the countryside and cracking cringe worthy ‘Dad jokes’. He has organised, managed and taken part in many charity events including Marathons, sponsored runs and football matches.
