4/4/16 – Internet & telephone outage at NetVector office

We’re currently experiencing an outage with our primary internet connection.  Please bear with us if you are trying to get in touch as we are operating at reduced capacity.  Another update will be posted at 12:00 or at resolution time.

 

Update 09:02 – Our ISP is investigating the fault following a power outage.  03700 500 040 isn’t currently redirecting to our backup Internet so please call 01732 743300 for assistance.

Update 12:20 – Our ISP has re-routed us to a backup connection and we have restored service.   All points of contact should now work as normal.
