A vacancy exists to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced and assertive Operations Manager to act as the point of liaison between our technical team and the board of directors.
The candidate will manage an in-office team of staff plus analysts attending client sites or at fully outsourced locations. Reporting to the Operations Director the candidate will possess extensive experience of managing technical teams and interacting directly with clients at all levels.
Salary up to 27K +benefits. Based in Chichester, West Sussex.
A position exists to join NetVector’s dynamic and growing team of technical analysts. This role is a diverse combination of 1st / 2nd line support for a number of SME clients based across the South.
This is a challenging position which will only suit those with three or more years’ commercial IT experience, ideally in a client facing role and with some exposure to technologies used in a small business environment.
The ideal candidate will be based in South West Sussex or South Hampshire and is based from our Southern regional office in Chichester. Own vehicle and willingness to travel are a must.
This is a client facing role which will often require the candidate to be the sole representative of the company at a customer site and so will only suit someone with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and a tenacious attitude towards problem solving.
Salary up to 25K +benefits. Based in Edenbridge, Kent.
A vacancy exists to join our helpdesk support team. This is based at our head office near Edenbridge, Kent. This exciting role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support via telephone, email and online support tools from our website to new and existing NetVector customers across a wide range of technologies. It also entails administration of customer servers, backup management, account administration etc. You will also be required to build new equipment that is delivered to the office in advance of it being installed at customer premises.
Working in a shift pattern covering 8am to 6pm the helpdesk are the face of the business and our team take pride in their speedy and efficient service and resolve a very high percentage of calls. NetVector have a great relationsip with our customers and this is due to the great work this thriving team performs.

Senior Technical Analyst
Salary up to £35K (dependent on experience) + Benefits.
A vacancy currently exists to join our dynamic and agile team. The role is extremely diverse and will involve a range of 2nd and 3rd line support both home based and onsite at client premises along with involvement in project based work for deployments and system upgrades.
This is a challenging and diverse role which requires excellent communication, presentation and time management skills and the ability to liaise with users up to and including board level directors.
